Friday Thread; Pete Holmes files motion to dismiss ILWU lawsuit

Kudos to @ChrisDaniels5 for his continuing coverage of sale issues.

Today's news: Seattle City Attorney Pete Holmes has filed a motion to dismiss the ILWU's lawsuit saying the arena plan violates I-91. Arguments were to be heard Feb. 22 in King County Superior Court. Holmes claims the lawsuit "has no merit." As one who has been following the sorry saga of I-91 since its inception, I must agree.

And like Chris I also have to give a shout out to Sports Illustrated's @McCannSportsLaw who has been answering questions on the ROFR story since it broke ... well, as much of a part of the story you think ROFR can be, anyways.  Have a great weekend everyone.
