This is the thread to post your reasons why this team is simply not very good. Its essentially the same roster as last year, the coaching staff was supposed to provide "continuity", and our youth is supposed to be one year better, so what changed?
My theory is that its almost entirely coaching. Bob Weiss is a heck of a nice guy who has shown me nothing at all when it comes to leading his team. The constant rotation juggling is a joke. There is not a player on this team who clearly knows their role, and other than Rashard Lewis I cannot say that there is a single player who has been put in a situation they are thriving in. Right now we are losing while at the same time failing to develop Collison, Swift, and Petro. I am extremely frustrated.
