11/10/06 Box Score: Sonics 99 Bobcats 85

The unofficial box score from tonight's game and PopcornMachine's GameFlow.

A solid win tonight for the Sonics against a team they should definitely be able to beat regularly. Ray Allen played well, and Rashard Lewis had an outstanding second half after a lackluster first half on offense. Adam Morrison got his first start, but did not fare well, not scoring in double figures for the first time in his short NBA career.

Some things of note:
Bob Hill has mentioned that Mo Sene might be sent to the NBDL. I'm not sure if this is for motivational purposes, or if that is an option being considered at this point, but Sene was inactive for tonight's game.
Nick Collison and Chris Wilcox combined for a 22 point 28 rebound night. Johan Petro chipped in 12 and 6 on a very efficient offensive night going 6 of 8 from the floor.

Plus/Minus
Five Sonics players in double digit + for the night, led by Chris Wilcox at +16. Johan Petro and Luke Ridnour were both +15, Ray Allen +14, and Rashard Lewis was +10. Earl Watson was -9 in his 11 minutes. Adam Morrison was -19 for the Bobcats, and Emeka Okafor was -14.

Help Value (hv=Reb+Ast+Blk+Stl-TO)
Nick Collison led the way tonight with a HV of +16. Also in double figures were Chris Wilcox (+12) and Rashard Lewis (+10). Emeka Okafor was also +16 for the Bobcats.

A telling stat is that Earl Watson's productivity (points + HV/ Min) was .09. Hopefully Earl can just forget this night and move on.
