Plus/Minus
Some ugly (if you are a Sonics fan) +/- tonight. Mikki Moore was the only positive Sonic (+1) in his 15 seconds of play. Ray Allen had the worst rating at -20, followed by Petro at -18, then Ridnour at -15 and Lewis at -13. In 3 minutes and 32 seconds Reggie Evans managed to be -11.
Help Value (hv=Reb+Ast+Blk+Stl-TO)
For some it would come as no surprize that Ronald "black hole" Murray had the worst HV on the team. He achieved the somewhat difficult rating of -1 in his 19+ minutes of play. Luke Ridnour led the team with +9. Luke manages to lead in this category more often than not for the Sonics, and that I think is a good thing. Robert Swift again made a strong showing in his 30+ minutes coming in at +8 HV. Nick Collison was also +8, and Rashard and Petro were both +6.
Swift and Petro combined for a full game's worth of minutes again tonight. They also had 6 points, 10 boards, 5 blocks and 7 fouls tonight. Going up against the larger and more experienced (and likely more skill but in poorer shape) Yao Ming is not an easy task for these two youngsters.
I don't have it here in front of me (or at my finger tips at the moment) but points off of turnovers differencial would be interesting to see from this game.
