Help Value (hv=Reb+Ast+Blk+Stl-TO)

I was really hoping the Sonics could hold the Jazz under 80 points tonight during the 3rd quarter. They almost did it.

Swift/Petro line of the night:
38 minutes, 12 points, 13 boards, 4 blocks, 2 steals, 8 fouls.

Sonics had 10 more assists than the Jazz. Much of that can be attributed to the Jazz's poor shooting, but it's nice to see the Sonics get nearly 30 assists! And to go with that, 17 steals (which is unfortunately negated by 16 TO's).

Why did the Jazz loose by so much? Shooting percentage and turn overs (23!) are the simple answer. The Sonics looked really good tonight. I can only imagine Sloan's disposition in the locker room following this game. Ear plugs anyone?
