The Sonics today take on Philadelphia at 2:00pm PST in Salt Lake City. Reports from practice indicate that center Robert Swift will play again today while Mo Sene will rest his injured ankle. Additionally coaches have made it clear to the teams perimeter players that they must do a better job in entering the ball into the post. Point guard Aaron Miles of Kansas was added to the roster and Coach Bob Hill expressed his commitment to the teams big men who are regularly being frozen out of play by the guards unwillingness to give up the ball. This situation came to a head in the last game against Atlanta when veteran Robert Swift managed to touch the ball only 6 times and take two shot attempts in 20 minutes of play.
