Scotty Brooks and Mark Bryant to join Carlisimo's Staff
Both guys were tough players in their time, both played in the league for over a decade and are now in their early 40s. I like the relatively younger dynamic in the coaching staff.
Both are good hires. Brooks was Denver's top assistant last year if I recall correctly, so possibly weakening a division rival could pay dividends down the road.
The same article hints that the team may retain Ralph Lewis.
This is a huge coaching upgrade over last season. No offense to any of the assistants from last year but they simply weren't a top-quality NBA staff.
The naysaying idiots on both sides of the line on Gas Man's show will probably find a way to twist this somehow.
