I can see how people would make the argument that a 2004 report is not valid but let me say this: Until a report that contradicts it is made available it is the only information that people have to work with.

The pricing and actual financial data of the Sacramento deal are completely and totally built on hypothesis and the lack of hard data staggering. If they had better data and that data supported their plan they would be releasing it.
