Fantasy Basketball Week Two Waiver Wire Adds

Is your Fantasy Basketball roster shaky? If it is Phil has some waiver wire options for you to consider this week.

Kevin Jairaj-USA TODAY Sports

Week number two of the Fantasy Basketball season begins on Monday November 2, 2015. While I don't generally advise dropping players in the first few weeks I do understand the desire to shed your roster of underperforming players. Let's get after it.

Teams with four games this week are Atlanta, Brooklyn, Golden State, Houston, Indiana, Memphis, Miami, Milwaukee, Knicks, Oklahoma City Thunder, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland, Sacramento and Toronto.

The Boston Celtics have just two games this week. Every other NBA team is scheduled to play three games this week.

PG: Dennis Schroder Atlanta Hawks: Four games are on tap for the Hawks this week and Schroder is available in over 70 percent of all Major Fantasy Basketball leagues. Schroder is a great source for points, assists, three pointers, steals and his percentages from the field and line won't kill you. Currently he's averaging roughly 25 minutes per night so grab him quick otherwise he will be gone.

PG: Jerian Grant New York Knicks: The Knicks have four games this week and Grant is available in over 50 percent of Major Fantasy Basketball leagues. If you are short on steals Grant is the man for that and he'll also drop a few dimes and score anywhere from 10-15 points a night. You could do worse that Grant this week.

SG: Alec Burks Utah Jazz: Burks and the Jazz have three games this week and it's strange for me to see that Burks is still available in well over 50 percent of all Major Fantasy Basketball leagues. He's getting over 25 minutes per night and is a good source of points and rebounds while not killing your shooting percentages.

SG: Kevin Martin Minnesota Timberwolves: Martin has three games this week and is available in just over 50 percent of all Major Fantasy Basketball leagues. Martin is a scorer that shoots more than 5 triples a night and while he hasn't found his range from behind the arc he will and his shooting percentages aren't going to hurt you.

SF: Luol Deng Miami Heat: Deng and the Heat have four games this week and Deng is available in over 60 percent of all Major Fantasy Basketball leagues. When he's healthy he's a good source for three's, steals, blocks and should score double digits in points most nights and his shooting percentages won't hurt much while currently playing roughly 30 minutes a night.

SF: Gerald Green Miami Heat: Four games this week and averaging 30 minutes a night coming off the Heat bench and available in over 75 percent of Major Fantasy Basketball leagues are all good things. Shooting eight threes a night and super high field goal percentages are an even better thing. It probably won't last but riding the hot hand is how you win at Fantasy Basketball dear reader.

PF: Harrison Barnes Golden State Warriors: The Warriors have three games this week and Barnes is duel eligible (Small Forward/Power Forward) and is still available in just over 50 percent of all Major Fantasy Basketball leagues. Barnes is a great contributor in rebounds and steals, he'll knock down the occasional three, have a couple assists a night but his shooting percentages are a killer so keep that in mind.

PF: Al-Farouq Aminu Portland Trail Blazers: Portland has four games this week, Aminu is duel eligible (Small and Power Forward) is still available in just over 50 percent of all Major Fantasy Basketball leagues. Currently Aminu is averaging just over 30 minutes a night and is a good source of blocks, steals, rebounds and the occasional three pointer. His shooting percentages are decent and he'll be a good addition to your roster.

C: Zaza Pachulia Dallas Mavericks: Dallas has three games this week and Pachulia is available in over 80 percent of Major Fantasy Basketball leagues. He's currently playing 25 minutes a night and is a good source for rebounds, blocks, steals and will surprise you with some assists also. His shooting from the field isn't very good but he is an excellent free throw shooter and will be a nice add this week.

C: Meyers Leonard Portland Trail Blazers: The Blazers have four games this week and Leonard has duel eligibility (Power Forward and Center) and is available in just over 70 percent of Major Fantasy Basketball leagues. Leonard knocks down threes, rebounds, scores and gets blocks and steals. His field goal percentage will be decent and his free throw percentage is very good and playing 30 minutes a night makes him ideal this week.
