Head Coach Kevin Constantine

Thoughts on the game- "We just went on the road and played a lot of games, they’ve (Tri-City) been doing the same now, they’ve had a tough stretch. Generally, when you’re playing more than the other team you have more rhythm to start the game, the other team might have more energy over the course of the game. We had four days off and I thought we looked reasonable energy but not real crisp with our puck movement in the first period either. It was good we got a first goal, then you get your legs under you and rhythm a little bit. You never know how those things are going to go, I’ve often seen a team tired but playing a lot have more rhythm then a team that’s rested and rusty. So, which do you prefer? We needed the rest and I’m glad we got the rest. Hopefully we can have a little more rhythm on Saturday then we did tonight but it was good to a win."

On Riley Sutter’s goal- "Riley’s got a great shot, one of the better shots on the team but you need traffic in today’s game. Goalies are too good, so the job Sean Richards did to screen the goalie was huge on that goal also."

On Eetu Tuulola- "The wow factor is the shot. He’s got a hell of a shot but he has good puck skills on top of that too. The goals he got tonight, some were just going to the net. It was nice to see him do that. It’s been a tough start, he started with us, left us, went to Calgary’s (Flames) camp, came back, was just getting going, got hurt. He’s still not totally in rhythm with what we’re doing as a team or with linemates but it was good to see him gain a little confidence through the game tonight."

On the fourth line contributing- "The first goal was very important, it was Hein’s (Brandson) first WHL point and (Spencer) Gerth('s) first WHL goal. That got us an important first goal in the game, it was nice to see those guys contribute."

On having four straight games at home- "We played nine of our first thirteen (games) on the road and anyway you look at it, it beats you up, it’s fatiguing. Plus we did it with six injuries too, so it was kind of a double whammy. I’m glad we survived that. At home, you hope to get both things to happen, to get healthy and rested up a little bit. Hopefully that will happen."

Forward Eetu Tuulola

Thoughts on playing his first regular season home game- "It’s been awhile, it’s probably a pre-season game against Seattle that was my last home game. I was really excited to play here tonight in front of our home crowd."

On scoring two goals- "It feels awesome. Great support from my teammates and the fans. It’s always great to play for the home crowd."

On his shoulder- "I feel like I’m back to full strength. Of course, I have to do a little bit of rehab to get stronger but I think the injury is behind me now."

Defenseman Noah Juulsen

Thoughts on being named captain for team WHL in the 2016 CIBC Canada Russia Series- "It’s a big honor to be captain of that team. Everyone on that team is a real solid player and they’re all leaders for sure."

On playing four straight at home- "We’re starting to get healthy here with some guys coming back to the lineup. Two weeks at home, will be nice to sleep in our beds here and rest up."
