After an impressive performance against the San Antonio Stars on Friday, the Storm are back in action tonight as they host the Washington Mystics. The Storm will need to knock off the Mystics tonight if they are going to continue to keep pace and try to catch the Los Angeles Sparks for the final playoff spot.

The Mystics are led by Ivory Latta, Stefanie Dolson, and Emma Messeman, who average 13.1, 11.9 and  11.6 points per game respectively. Latta is a dead eye from behind the three point line, as she knocks down 40.1% of her attempts from deep. Latta's three point precision was on full display when the two teams last met, as she knocked four of her six attempts as part of her 20 point performance en route to a 87-74 win. The Mystics knocked down eight of their 18 attempts (good for 44%) the last time the two teams met, and the Storm seemed to have no way to slow them down. They will need to figure out a way to slow down the Mystics from deep if they want to pull off the upset tonight.

Sue Bird and Jewell Lloyd did a great job of pushing the pace and playing at an impressive tempo Friday, and will need to do the same Sunday. They are at their best when they are able to score in transition, as they tend to struggle a bit scoring in the half court.
