Did Kevin Johnson really save the Kings from relocating from Sacramento, or were the Kings never in real danger from moving? Why couldn't the Maloofs move the team to Anaheim? Did they really wait another year, so they can reject the rail yard arena plan?
Was this a inside job created by the NBA and Kevin Johnson just so they can get rid of the Maloofs?
Was Chris Hensen used to get the Maloofs to sell the Sacramento Kings?
Why did Think Big Sacramento send a letter to Chris Hansen to stay away from the Kings? Did Think Big know about the sell one year before it happened?
If Kevin Johnson did not know the team was for sell like had stated in January, they should of took this article more seriously. Anyway, what was up with that article?
They started putting together a ownership group after the fact that Adrian Wojnarowski tweeted that the Maloofs was selling to Hansen. Why couldn't they do it when the Maloofs threatened to relocate to Virginia Beach? What were they waiting for?
Virginia Beach or bust?
One might argue they were waiting for the team to be on sell, but who would push the Maloofs into selling the team? They wouldn't sell it to Ron Burkle, but they never said they wouldn't sell it to a out of state buyer. This brings in, Chris Hansen.
Did the NBA bring Chris Hansen and the Maloofs together, hoping that the Maloofs would put the team for sale? Did Kevin Johnson know about this?
Chris Hansen opened up the idea that the team was for sell. He even gave that team a value of how much it was.
So, the question remains... was Sacramento really in danger in relocating, or was this a strategical plan to get rid of the Maloofs?
Um... I dunno.
