Chris Daniels was in New York the past week and it appears he did a little more than sightsee. As the man himself explains...

After seeing it last night - I think #Seattle folks will be surprised how City/Chris Hansen are portrayed in "Down In the Valley". @30for30

One thing #Seattle folks will appreciate- film labels Sonics departure as David Stern's biggest mistake. He was in attendance. @30for30

So what was the surprise in the way Chris Hansen was portrayed? I don't know, I wasn't there. But Carmichael Dave was, let's ask him!
Chris Hansen also acquitted himself well. Spoke to the moral issue involved with the fight. Seattle will be proud of this movie as well.

I've always been in the minority, BIG TIME, in saying I never really had an issue with Hansen. Get it 100%. Would've been a great owner.

Right. Yet if he was on our side? Ask yourself, would you REALLY have an issue with the STOP stuff? I wouldn't. https://t.co/Kf7GGEWx7u

Haha. Old argument. I get being pissed at Hansen for the STOP thing. But deep down? If he was on our side I would've cheered him on.

OK, now I gotta see the movie. It's also worth going through Dave's feed to find out what happened when he asked David Stern (remember him?) about: "I've got to get a flight to Oklahoma City."
