As a Seattle sports fan I am writing this to you today to ask for your help. It is well known that Seattle needs a new arena to replace Key Arena. My idea needs someone like you to pull it off. First, buy an NHL team. Then, build a new arena in Seattle and move the team here. You should be able to make back the money you put into this project by owning the arena and team. You could always choose to sell the team after the arena is built if you do not want to own an NHL team. I hope you choose to help us out here, you may be our only hope. Thank you.
